This isn't a spectacular picture for two reasons:
#1- I was more making a point than trying to capture beauty.
#2 - Even if it was a spectacular picture, it is still just a cd player and AC controls... so does it matter!
I took this picture to show the kind of place we now live in and how different it is from Kentucky (where we are from).
Hmmmm... let me clarify... we don't live in a car. We do however live in a tropical environment that straddles the equator, hence the car with no heater. Yep check out the picture again. No heater or defrost in the car! Sometimes it's the little differences in the way things are made from country to country that can surprise you.
One thing that wouldn't surprise you however is how miserable it is to travel in such a car if it has an AC that isn't working! Dry season is beginning, and we are feeling it. It is amazing how heat can zap your energy, make your brain foggy, and make you quite a bit more cranky. The heat here is not a dry heat, but that thick, sticky, tropical kind of heat that makes you say "Uuuuggghhhh.... come on!"
