Well today was a full day. Jennifer and I got up ate some breakfast and got ready for the day, then headed to Wal-Mart. Now there is no Wal-Mart where my parents live so we drove 30 minutes there shopped, ate, and drove 30 mintues back. This was kind of a mind blowing trip because it was our last trip to Wally World for two and half years, you never think about these things until they are on top of you. Shopping will be much more simplified in Indonesia, definitely don't have a whole isle of deodorant anything else for that matter to choose from. Oh and for lunch we ate at the only Mexican restaurant within a 30 minute drive and yes it was bad Mexican, but hey this is another thing we can't get in Indonesia so we have to indulge while we can. Not so sure if the indulging this time was worth the strong smell of armpit in the atmosphere and the dried out chicken fajitas with brown guacamole though.
So after our Wal-Mart run we came back to the house and spent some quality time with the Evans family. This consisted of Thanksgiving dinner, apple and pumpkin pies with ice cream, and a good action movie with surround sound. Can I just mention that I am really going to miss all of the afore mentioned items, especially the Thanksgiving dinner with apple and pumpkin pies for dessert then relaxing to a good action movie in surround sound.
